The True cloud journey begins with an extensive solution assessment. Together we will perform focused deep dives in your business and application landscape. Next, we’ll turn your applications and infrastructure inside out. After analysing all the data and mapping it in an understandable way, let’s start our journey together.

Step 1: Intake & Scoping

In a discovery workshop we will learn about the current and the desired situation. Based on this perspective we will work towards a technical roadmap and (cloud-native) strategy. During this step, you can rely on our extensive knowledge and our vast experience with Public Cloud migrations.

Step 2: Assessment

The solution assessment consists of a thorough analysis of your documentation and hands-on sessions. We’ll go through your organisation and business goals, and your infrastructure, management and development. In the sessions we will not lose sight of your processes, users and usage of applications.

Step 3: Design application architecture

All feedback from the workshops is summarized in a Solution Assessment Report, including a clear executive summary. Based on the input obtained from the workshops in Step 2, a (high/low) level design of the desired target architecture is created.

Step 4: Planning & Roadmap

After discussing and finetuning the desired architecture, the True project team draws up a clear roadmap with milestones to be achieved. This will be the starting point for the joint initial (90 days) planning.
